Conversion of bedroom into walk-in wardrobe – in white melamine

This walk-in wardrobe was designed and built by Mark in Croydon.

The walk-in wardrobe consists of a number of open shelves, hanging spaces for long dresses as well as shirts and trousers, deep drawers. Big open spaces above hanging rails allow for storage of hat boxes and/or blankets, spare duvets and pillows.

Blum Movento tip-on drawer runners mean handle-less design can be achieved.

Mark started off designing with angled cabinetry. We can make angled cabinetry, however, in this case there were several corners which added complexity. Without much of a space-win for an angled cabinet Mark decided on square cabinetry.

As can be seen in this picture, Mark has designed the cabinet bottom height (plinth) to match the existing skirting.
