COVID-19 Service update

As we have done through the whole pandemic, we are continuing to operate our service. Our service is based around automated machinery so we have been able to adhere to social distancing from the start.

Sourcing materials has not been a problem since the supply chain has continued to work.

Only now have we encountered delays sourcing certain components such as drawer runners which come directly from Blum in Austria. When we say delays that means where before we could source within 3 days this has now in certain cases become 2 weeks. Whether this is due to COVID or Brexit it is hard to say!

Also parts that we take for granted such as wardrobe rail centre supports or hinge plates have become "as rare as hen's teeth" as one of our hardware suppliers say. The mind boggles.

However these problems are temporary and in 99% of cases, you, our customer, have been unaffected.
